Wheels Motorcycles excellent buying experience
I found Wheel Motorcycles through a Google search for ‘Vespa dealers UK’. I checked available reviews and was comfortable to contact them and potentially make a remote purchase. I was specifically looking for a Vespa GTS Super 300. I called them on a Saturday morning and was very happy that James picked up the call as he provided an exceptional service; clearly talking me through the available stock, purchase options and process etc. No hard sales, just excellent customer care. Within the same call, I placed the order for my new bike. The following Saturday, it arrive on the back of a Wheels Motorcycles delivery van. The purchase process was easy, pre-delivery communication was spot-on and the bike arrived earlier than expected. What more can a buying customer ask for.
