I must congratulate the team on their customer service especially Sarah. The incorrect order was intially sent to me. On advising DIY Artclub of the issue I was given a choice of options including the one I chose which was keep the wrong order and DIY Artclub would send me the correct ordered item free of charge. Villa Susana does exactly what it says on the tin! Those amazing photos on their website? Completely accurate. The villa is spacious with everything you could possibly need for a carefree stay. Alex & Richard Walker the Hosts/Owners are consummate professionals and really great people to boot. Nothing too much trouble to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Plenty of places to visit, nothing on The Algarve more than 90 minutes away. The Information Pack tells you everything you need to know about the villa and equipment and where to eat, where to food shop, medical services, Isobel the taxi lady (she also is amazing), and with Alex & Richard knowing the area so well there will be next to nothing you can't find out. We stayed from October 20 to December 27 2023 so we have plenty of experience of Villa Susana. Future guests are in for a treat as we were. Enjoy the sun, it's there most of the time! We had maybe four days of rain in 9 weeks! One suggestion...from the main road the sign Villa Susana needs to be clearer for first time guests. That's it! One solitary suggestion!!
