Buyer beware

I traded in an old S20 for a new S24. The price offered from Samsung was reasonable but not exceptional. I did the trade as it seemed convenient. I soon received an email pointing out a small scratch next to the lens and insisting that I pay an additional £50 or I would have my new phone blocked. Please deal very carefully with this company.
