Watch Out for Steam in Shower
Bought a nice piece that costs over $600 dollars. Because of the "water-resistant" feature I actually wore it into the shower, this was a mistake. The watched fogged up. I called the Invicta watch service. And their statement was “we inspect all of our watches, therefore, it must have been user error.” I disagreed and sent my watch to get services. The service department quoted me over $200 for repair. I called the technician and he is the reason I have now changed the review. He was very informed and told me that steam from the shower can find its way into the watch. I am a person who pays for my mistakes and he worked with me on the quote. It is nice to have people with a soul meet you halfway. Thank you international Watch Service Center.
