Straightforward, no frills service
Car in good condition, albeit with superficial marks and dents. Rebate of bond came through fairly quickly, but took quite a while for the staff to process (they had to call another branch as they were over their daily refund limit) which would be really stressful for people with a flight scheduled. All in all, a positive experience.
