Albanian scammers!
Albanian scammers! Unfortunately - only bad experience with autoUnion Car Rental. On 21.05 me and my boyfriend Kameran Rachid returned the car (in perfect condition I must say) to the agent. We left Albania and went home. Everything was okay as we were told that money transfer might take up to 14 working days. Great, we were waiting, and waiting, and waiting again. Then on 15.06 we sent email to the company, agent Andi Allushi assured us that from their side money were already transferred. Today is 23.06, and it's been a month since we are waiting for our refund. Company is no longer replying to the emails. I highly don't recommend you renting a car at autoUnion Car Rental especially if you like us came from another country on vacation to Albania.
