Horrible Experience making me regret reaching out to them
They’ve been one of the most frustrating treatment centres I’ve dealt with. I initially contacted Research AYU to enquire about their knee treatments, but confirmed the very next day that I wouldn’t be proceeding. Despite that, it’s now been six months and I’m still receiving repeated calls from different numbers. On top of that, they continue to send persistent WhatsApp messages from new numbers. I’ve politely requested multiple times for my contact details to be removed from their database, but the calls and messages haven’t stopped. As an additional note, my parents also visited Research AYU once and had a poor experience. The pricing quoted over the phone differed significantly from what was discussed in person (particularly for the main treatment), even though they charge a nominal consultation fee. Overall, both the service and medical experience have been disappointing.
