Missing parts and awful customer service
Despite bringing the delivery forwards at PT’s request, the order was only partially delivered, missing all fixings for windows and doors. This meant I had to rearrange the fitters at my own cost. I was told 3 times that the parts would be delivered in the coming days but each time nothing was delivered. I was told twice by customer care that someone would call me back day but no one ever does. To this date my workshop is sat in the rain awaiting the parts for it to be completed… Unless you enjoy being lied to and incurring extra costs, do NOT use this company.
