I have used this company before without a problem. However my last order didn't arrive and I made several phone calls to find the status of it. I appreciate that one of the items that was ordered in early November 2023 was out of stock and to be fair I did get a refund on that. However, as I had ordered several items for Xmas presents I was concerned that by mid December they hadn't arrived. I rang them several times and was assured that they were on the way but had been delayed because of breakages in the shipment. I commented that if they didn't arrive by Xmas I would like refund as I had to make alternative purchases. The wine did not arrive and in early January I asked again for a refund, but was not forthcoming. A package did arrive later in January and before I opened it I could hear the tinkling of broken glass as I took it off the delivery person. I could also see liquid stains on the outside. I again contacted Campoluz about the smashed contents; they asked me send photographic evidence, which I promptly did. Nearly three weeks later I still haven't heard from them. I do know that things go wrong in business but the most disconcerting thing about this was the off hand attitude of the customer service and not one apologetic gesture. Campoluz need to be far more proactive and personable in their customer service for they do have some great products and offers on their site.
