I would take the most recent 5* reviews with a pinch of salt as I’ve found out that is only for one flagship site that Crabtree put all their eggs into. Crabtree are a disaster the quality of staff is abysmal you would be best to look elsewhere as it’s not going to get any better even after Sarah and David try their best they will ignore emails and calls as they merely haven’t got the time for a small block like ours which shows a lack of understanding and courtesy, we pay very high fees and they only keep growing with zero or no service. Major leaks not dealt with in nearly a month. Sooner we move the better.
