Extremely poor experience on this occasion
I have used CEX a few times over the years but last month they sent me a damaged laptop which I promptly returned. I am sadly still out of pocket as they have been 'investigating with Royal Mail' since nearly four weeks ago, despite the fact that the packaging was still in perfect condition upon arrival. I do not agree at all that the customer should be left without neither the money nor the item for this amount of time, as Royal Mail would be reimbursing CEX the value of the laptop, assuming they agree to. I am extremely disappointed and this experience has put me off ordering from them again. I still need to buy another laptop but don't know where else to go and need the funds returned back to me
