Currently on my third call and left on…
I'm trying to reschedule a flight canceled due to covid using the airline credit. Currently on my third call and left on hold twice for over 45 minutes. 1st call back rang and no one answered. Price I find on their website is $50 less so that creates a need for them to consult their superior which takes another 40 minutes. Calling back a fourth time....
