From the minute I contacted Irwin and Mitchell with a case for my Daughter the service was excellent. Within a few days we were put in contact with Francesca who arranged a zoom call with myself and my Daughter. From then it was full steam ahead and within a matter of weeks we had a case manager, private photo, OT and all the necessary support we required. The whole team were so supportive throughout our journey, keeping us updated at every stage. I cannot thank Fran, Jennifer and Alicia enough for the past 4 years.
