What you always wanted from an estate agent.
After many less enjoyable experiences of estate agents (pushiness, over-selling, not marketing the property) we chose to put our large Dutch houseboat on the market through Sellmyhome.co.uk. We chose the top London package which really showed the vessel from its best side. The virtual walk around tour (included) is fantastic and really makes an impact in this visual age - the platform itself is easy and intuitive to use, something we much appreciated. On the human side, we were allocated dedicated our account manager who was always available to answer our questions, talk through viewing requests etc. If she wasn't available, there was always some on the phone who could help: SMH clearly share information around the office which makes for a win-win situation all around. Particularly impressive (and I hope SMH benefitted from this) was a big article placed in a widely circulated daily newspaper off the back of which we got a lot of enquiries. The boat ultimately sold with the help of SMH and the fantastic services provided. We recommend it highly.
