The Ombudsman needs more power to make real changes
Our complaint to the Ombudsman did improve the situation with our energy supplier and lead to a form of resolution, so our situation did improve as a result of the Ombudsman's help. The supplier's service continued to be poor, including their approach to resolving the problems. This left me with the feeling that the Ombudsman does not have enough power to motivate the suppliers to do better.
