The expense of the "annual pass" has been a good investment
Frankly, there have been some (very few) webinars that have been a bit slow, sloppy, unprepared, disorganized, etc. With that said, the majority of the webinars are excellent, well expressed and organized. And, I will note that I have encountered a number that have "blown my socks off." As for The topics presented, yes there have been some "dry times" where nothing of interest or helpful in my continuing education needs. So, I regularly receive e-mail updates and occasionally browse the dashboard for things of interest, no issue here. I prefer the live webinar feature when it is available. A big plus is the improved audio using the telephone number, internet audio always seems crappy sounding to me. Also, if I have question it can be addressed in real time, another plus. My experience with their customer service via. email, live chat or telephone has been excellent and issues resolved in a timely manner. So, in conclusion, I have very few issues and think that the expense of the "annual pass" has been a good investment. Mr. Steve
