Professional,timely, prompt service from my solicitor
I have 2 separate matters being dealt with by separate solicitors from separate Talbot's offices. One experience which is still ongoing makes me swear not to use Talbot's again as it has been an absolutely terrible experience, however, having met Shaye McKay from the Wolverhampton office, I have completed changed my mind and will only use her going forward. Shaye has been an absolute professional, dedicating time to deal with my case, recognising that there is an urgency from the very beginning which is the complete opposite from the other solicitor. My case was resolved in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I absolutely recommend Shaye and will definitely use Talbot's again as long as it is Shaye that I get to work with.
