The owner who is supposed to be an expert in fitting vests has no idea how to size customers. In addition she sent the wrong cartridge with the vest which might have caused a serious injury to the end user. Not to mention that the owner is uncooperative and rude in her dealings with customers. Rider beware! Using this business can cost you your life!
