Network problem, new sim, port old number
I recently had problem with my simcard. It was broken and became not registered to a network. Lycamobile customer representative was always attentive to my sim issue. They did try their best to help out. I decided to purchased a new sim card and would like to retain my old number. Customer representative RJ took the call and helped me port my old number to a new sim. I did have difficulties with some instructions but RJ was patient with me. Thanks RJ
