Outstanding customer service to a successful solution
Ausustine provided outstanding service in assisting me to order an item which did not appear on your website. He was resourceful, and found an alternative path to ordering the requested wrist guard. He was extremely courteous, kind, gentle, excellent listening skills, and got to a solution successfully for us. I am grateful to have had him as my Customer Service Representative. I initially spoke to a woman who did not know what the heck she was speaking about, and kept repeating the same unhelpful response to me. i requested to speak with her Supervisor, and she refused to do so. I ended my conversation with her, and was fortunate to have had the pleasure to work with Augustine.
