its a joke ..they don't issue debit cards even though direct deposit is set up. I had a problem with a unauthorized charge and I have been trying to talk to someone for two days and no response, meanwhile my account is locked and have no access to my funds and cant call anyone because they don't have a contact number; absolutely terrible. I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint against them with the FDIC. Terrible customer service compounded by the fact you can't get anyone on the phone. It's the worst banking set up I have ever seen and they should not be allowed to operate or conduct business in the USA.
