I didn't even want to give one star but…
I didn't even want to give one star but only this way I get a chance to write horrible customer service that Porter provided yesterday (June 27) I heard stories about Porter but I didn't believe any of it until I experienced on my own. I am pretty sure that they are not investing enough money to educate employees. With the poor judgment of porter agents, I couldn't get on the plane and the whole business trip is interrupted. Now I have wasted two days of work to solve this issue. Porter said I will receive an email from them but I haven't received any following up message.
