Very disappointing experience with Payoneer. My account was closed/disabled without clearly explaining the specific reason or violation. I repeatedly contacted Customer Care and provided the requested verification documents, but I kept receiving the same generic response instead of a proper explanation or meaningful resolution. After being a customer for around 2 years, I expected much better communication and support. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my case has been handled.
