The 20-27May Rhone River cruise was very good. Food, drinks, staff and excursions were excellent. Chauffer service to the airport did not arrive and our trip almost became a non event. The cruise director was not very helpful with sorting out this problem with the head office and response from head office has been very poor. As for the rest of the staff on board, they certainly were beyond friendly and charming. The Captain all the way to the cleaning staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful during the cruise. Unfortunately the response about the chauffeur service has left a bad taste.
