Professional service - would recommend!
I have been very impressed with the service received at John Shepherd whilst arranging my letting for a new flat. Both Drew and Claire have both been extremely helpful and professional. There is a real thoroughness and professionalism to the service I’ve received. I felt very confident in the whole letting process. My only critiques would be that the professional cleaning that the previous tenant was meant to do had not been carried out and a smoke detector that was bleeping whilst viewing the property had not been fixed when I moved in approx 2 months later. Also the references AI chat system they use via Goodlord is a little bit hard to use and crashed a couple of times when I used it. However, any issues I’ve had John Shepherd have been very helpful- especially Drew. Would definitely use them again to let or to buy a property.
