@Southwest_airlines damages our two bags. they broke one wheel of one bag and two wheels of other bag. We complain to their customer service, but we had worst experience ever. They hang up for thousands times, did not behave properly and did not respond most of the complaint. The bag were worth $150 and they damaged them and acted like it was normal. We did not get any replacement or refund for our bag yet. I have the #WorstExperienceWithSouthwest . I think they should learn some manner and should have some training how to deal with customer. They have some ethical problem, they damage their customers property and acted that they can do what they want.
