Great service
I recently received a large bill, due to overflowing tank and toilet. I contacted AW by phone 7 days ago. I was dealt with courteously, helpfully and quickly. A site visit 2 working days later confirmed the problem and the engineer gave useful advice. Problem fixed by local plumber, I rang AW 14/8 explained problem to operator and gave new meter reading. She asked me to wait whilst she calculated the refund and within minutes did just that. I dealt with 3 customer service operators and 1 engineer. All were cheerful and helpful and most important, the problem was sorted quickly without stress and I got an unexpected refund. KD
