I ordered a few items at Shogun's…
I ordered a few items at Shogun's gorgeous website and choose to pay by Billink. I checked my account a few times to see how the order proceeded. I did not get an email with the confimation of my order. Looking into my account the next day I saw that the order was cancelled. I did not get an email about the cancellation. The helpdesk informed me that I had to contact Billink about this. The heldpdesk was not helpfull at all. But the webshop was where I ordered, so I emailed them that I wanted them to reorder my items and give a different way to pay. There was no reaction from Shogun. I ordered my items elsewhere.
