I absolutely loved this app but…

I absolutely loved this app but unfortunately I was also the one that felt scammed with subscription. I was gonna have a surgery and didn't want to renew the substriction because of that but have a break. I checked and nothing in the app said it was gonna renew. The app only said the date when the current subscription is running out, which was really misleading. I thought I had cancelled it because of it until I got billed. And ofc didn't get my money back and couldn't use the app because of recovery time. It's really a shame that a good application is ruined by something like this. I also reported a technical problem, but it hasn't been fixed even after a year.
