I have been trying for several months…

10/1/24 IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD...THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WRITE DAILY REVIEWS IN REGARDS TO HOW UNPROFFESSIONAL AND UNCARING THIS COMPANY IS, AND IT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO UPDATE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW...SO I WILL DO THIS DAILY AS I WAIT FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER OR ANYONE IN LIFESTANCE WHO HAS ANY KIND OF COMPASSION OR CONCERN ABOUT RECEIVING THEIR PAYMENT IN FULL...NOT TO MENTION--THERE WAS NO NEED TO DROP MY HUSBAND FROM THERAPY WHEN ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS A CORRECT ICD 10 CODE....THE LEVEL OF UNPROFFESIONALISM THAT THIS COMPANY REPRESENTS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT NO ONE HAS TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS--AND CONTACT MY HUSBAND WITH AN APOLOGY AND INVITATION BACK TO SEE WILL, HIS THERAPIST.....AND THATS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS....MAYBE THIS IS A COMPANY THAT IS SCAMMING PEOPLE... I DONT KNOW, BUT I PLAN ON GETTING A PROFESSIONAL RESOLUTION---EVEN IF I HAVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN MYSELF...THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ALSO....WHICH IS MY NEXT STEP....I WILL WAIT UNTIL THE END OF TOMORROW, WENDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2024--BEFORE CONTACTING BBB....THEN I WILL POST DAILY UPDATES AS TO THE STATUS OF THIS UNPROFFESSIONAL SITUATION, IN HOPES OF A RESOLUTION SOONER THAN LATER. NO AUTOMATED ROBOTIC RESPONSES NEEDED WITH LIES STATING THE BILLING DEPT. HAS BEEN CONTACTED, BECAUSE WE HAVE RECIEVED NO PHONE CALL--AND I HAVE SPOKE TO THEM IN THE PAST---WHEN I ACTUALLY GOT THROUGH TO A LIVE PERSON WHO HAD ALL INFO IN HER NOTES, CLAIM # ETC...--AND NOT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON ANYMORE BECAUSE ALL LINES GO TO AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE ASKING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, BUT THERE IS NO ROOM TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, THE RECORDING REVERTS TO ORIGINAL MESSAGE.... HOPING TO RECEIVE A CALL WITH AN APOLOGY AND RESOLUTION SOON...MY HUSBAND DESERVES PHONE CALL AND AN APOLOGY FOR REFUSAL OF SERVICES WHEN ALL ALONG THEY HAVE HAD THE CORRECT INFORMATION THEY NEED TO PROCESS IN REGARDS TO RECIEVE FULL PAYMENT...HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER STOPPED HIS THERAPY---THAT WAS BEYONG UPROFFESSIONAL AND UNCARING OF THIS COMPANY...AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE IS BEYONG DISHEARTENTING--FOR THE FIELD OF MENTAL HEALTH....UNBELIEVABLE.... 9/30/24...Unable to log in to Life Stance portal to forward daily updates as I am doing here... continues to say incorrect password...with correct reset password 👀ALSO UNABLE TO SPEAK TO, OR LEAVE MESSAGE WITH BILLING NUMBER...AUTOMATED SERVICE STATES YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE, BUT THEN REVERTS TO PREVIOUS MESSAGE.....BEYOND UNBELIEVABLE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL... No attempted communication to my husband in regards to status of billing resolution from anyone in this company--I have received 2 computer generated responses stating billing team has been contacted--yet no verbal communication with my husband or myself...they have also received certified letter from lawyer with no response...ONLY THING NEEDED IS CORRECT ICD 10 CODE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL..ITS AN EASY FIX!!!! Hoping to get a verbal response soon...... 9/27/24 I have been trying for several months to resolve a billing issue created by Life Stance--An auto claim in which insurance company has tried for several months to have them submit a proper diagnosis code in order to receive full payment. Instead, they choose to bill my husband. I started posting in reviews yesterday, to see if I can get anyone from Life Stance to reach out and address this. I have even contacted their corporate office, in hopes of some kind of response to resolving this EASY FIX... insurance will pay, just enter proper diagnosis code, please. I am assuming the owner would like to be paid...I sent an email to that person also--and I received a computer generated response. I would like to speak to a human being who will tell me that they have resolved and submitted the proper Diagnosis Code. THAT WOULD BE THE APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE FROM A COMPANY THAT IS INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THIS AND RECEIVING PAYMENT IN FULL. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM SOMEONE.....after I contact the BBB I will be contacting news reporter, Hank--for his Help Me Hank solutions
