Oxygen do a great job looking after my rental properties. I can be hands off and trust that everything is under control, I'm alerted when something needs attention. The scheduled inspections are consistent and provide a insight into how the tenants are treating the property and reveal any maintenance issues or concerns. Oxygen do a great job in managing tenants which for me is the most important part. When vacant tenants are quickly assessed and shortlisted and any problem tenants are dealt with effectively within the tight regulatory framework landlord are faced with.
