Exchange Policy
I bought a laptop stand in store last week. When I opened the outer box, the size of the item was larger than I expected. I have today tried to return the item for exchange in the original packaging in an unused condition. When I tried to return in store, I was told that as the seal on the box was broken, I couldn't exchange the item, this was company policy etc. The person in store was very unhelpful and indifferent, just pointing me to the wall with terms and conditions. I understand you need to have a policy, but surely a little bit of customer service needs to be taken into account?
