Good company good website good app just read if your stay is refundable or not before booking it’s clearly stated.
This site is a great site for me, and I have had nothing but a good experience with it. I see a lot of people complaining about the refund process but if you look, it will tell you if you can get a refund or not and it’s not Travelocity that refunds you it is the actual hotel or airline company. I would definitely recommend Travelocity as I have had nothing but good experiences with them throughout multiple stays on vacation. Definitely better than other websites that are actually Chinese run and store your information from your location all the way down to your chats between host and traveler look it up it’s all true.
