Unprofessional
I made an appointment for my 16 year old son with Dan Albracht in Utah. We arrived for the appointment (virtual) on-time and waited, and waited and waited. After 25 minutes I called the office and was kept on hold while they tried to phone him because he was working remotely. He did not respond. I expressed my frustration and asked for follow up explanation once they found out what the issue had been. Five days later and I have gotten no response. I understand that emergencies happen and maybe that was the case. Either way a company of this size should have procedures in place to manage these contingencies. As a psychologist myself, I would never allow this to happen. And if there was a real emergency I would make sure I reached out to the patient with apology and explanation. Very unprofessional.
