Fraudulent payments (no support)
Fraudulent payment support is horrendous. No advisor has answered my webchat for 6 hours, but quicly blocked my card, no mention of sending me another card, so i am stuck in limbo. I called the fraud team in india who tell you to go onto webchat. Highly frustrating - in contrast i needed a card to pay for the food shop with.. monzo opened an account and i got a card saved to my google wallet within 10mins. TSB cannot compete. It seems like years of outsourcing to india and forcing clients digital when they should be supported over the phone has caught up with them. Tsb customer of 20yrs
