New Device Issue Quickly Resolved
Got a new Pixel phone, but the eSim didn't properly transfer from the old phone before I had to trade it in. I was connected with Zaid, who quickly identified the issue and was able to get service on my new phone set up without any issues. Excellent customer service, will definitely continue to use US Mobile as my carrier.
