Excessive bills of a monopoly company
I have to agree with many who have mentioned Anglian Water excessive billing. There seems to have a massive hike in their charges in the last year without any real justification as to why. The excuses I am getting is that I have a leak (no I do not - been checked in and out and is fine); that taking sewage away is expensive (why it has suddenly became over 30% more expensive this year has not been explained), and that I live in a "sparsely populated area" (which my water company seems to disagree with). Unfortunately, there is a monopoly with Anglian water so there is no other company I can change too!
