Unbelievable Customer service/care
This year I did most of my Christmas shopping with Shaws- I love supporting Irish companies. Unfortunately my order was delayed as they got inundated with online orders. I emailed and I got an immediate response from Ger Osborne- the Marketing Manager. I explained my situation as I had needed part if the order for my trip to Kerry- he actually offered to meet me on the way with my order from their Shaws storeroom!!! Unbelievable service - I declined his kind offer as I had replaced these gifts already. For this he apologised for the inconvenience caused and stayed on my order until it was delivered. My order arrived quickly thereafter - packaged perfectly with a little note inside stating who packed it. I then received a little gift for myself from Shaws; organised by Ger, as an apology for the slight delay with my order. I will always shop with Shaws from now on-- I was SO impressed with the Customer care and attention and the fabulous personal touch. Thanks Ger. Thanks Shaws and staff. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 Claire Dixon
