Progress updates could promote the personal touch for the old and bold customer
The team seem somewhat non personal but that may be my perception as the modern artificial world is not my experience in performing business. Admittedly I was answered accordingly on my concerns but via email which tends to mean a day after asking my questions. I believe written messages can often lead to misinterpretation which is why I prefer to communicate directly on the phone. I’m retired military and could never imagine to succeed on an operation without constant verbal communication! I understand that the team work on many ongoing projects but as a suggestion a time could be set to call and discuss project process and any additional information requests to alleviate the ‘wondering’ aspect of waiting on progress. Annie is very good at her job and busy I’m sure being a talented member of your team. All I’m saying is a daily progress call would go along way in making your company more attractive for future business
