Company rep called me directly to confirm my order bc I had ordered shower curtains and (intentionally) a lesser qty of curtain hooks that would typically accompany what I ordered. I found that to be pretty impressive that they followed up with me before shipping my order just to be sure I ordered what I meant to. And delivery was fast!
