Don’t trust anyone at Lyca

Lyca Mobile UK Review: Disappointing Experience with International Coverage I wish I had checked reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing three SIM cards from Lyca Mobile UK. I was told they offered unlimited data, unlimited texts, and 100 minutes of free international calls, with coverage that included Egypt. However, this turned out to be completely false. Since arriving in Egypt, I’ve had no signal unless I’m connected to hotel WiFi. I’ve contacted Lyca Mobile customer service four times, but they’ve been unhelpful. Their response has been a generic apology, with no real effort to resolve the issue. Adding to the frustration, they keep sending me promotional messages when I connect to WiFi, pushing the same service I’ve already paid £75 for. As it stands, I feel scammed. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Lyca Mobile for international use. If you’re planning to travel, avoid this service or risk being left without reliable connectivity. 23/10/24 Update: sent email to the message below.. let’s see if they respond and solve this issue. I can only see a full refund of £75 that I paid for the 3 SIM cards tobe only thing that can solve this issue and free data on top so I can get my family home with no dramas .. as we only have 4 more days left .. TBC …. I’ll update result if they do respond with solution 6/11/24 Update: had received email from complaint department saying they going to approve a refund to that now has been nearly 2 weeks and they are now ignoring my emails for an update.. starting to feel that they are not going to refund and this way they deal with there customers.. very frustrating and disappointing. 13/11/24 Update: it has now been since 23/10/24 that I had no response and no refund and they are ignoring all emails I have sent to the complaints department.. a multimillion pound company can’t even refund a customer that they promised and they think stick there head in the sand is the way to do it.. disgusting 24/11/24 Update: they contacted me due to all these reviews stating they were going to refund me in full… again .. that was 2 weeks ago and now ignoring my emails.. proof is in the pudding.. they are a multimillion scammers …

Waves car wash at Tesco - Disgusted

Been to Waves car wash in Tesco on Old field road, twice 1st time they missed few areas of the car that was disappointed.. Only went 2nd time as I was going to Tesco shopping and thought give them another try.. I told them please don’t miss areas like last time.. one staff was apologetic the other was .. very sharp and said £30 in and out.. when I was charged last time £25. I stupidly did not argue with the cost cos as my main concern was getting end result of a clean service.. As it was dark I could not see the full results but had one of the staff saying I have made sure it is clean and no dirt.. Next day in day light.. If I can add the images .. it was worse then before.. whole front plus number plate dirty and not been touch.. you can see the cloth just slapped on but come off.. very disappointed and will never go back to them and I recommend you take this review.. If you want a decent Serivce.. go to STONE COT HILL OPPOSITE ASDA ..
