This topic is obviously sensitive to discuss,and my family were reluctant to talk about it, Then we met with Norma, Firstly the professionalism (without feeling pushed into purchasing anything) and the knowledge she has about the plans was so easy for us to make the final decisions we needed to make to put the affairs in order, Secondly,she was so friendly and approachable,that we could phone and discuss any issues at anytime, I have issues with leaving my home or with going to strange places,but the fact Norma was ableto visit my home only added to the reason i choose to go with the company. My extended family will also be talking to NORMA with aview to taking out there own plans.
