Billing Mistakes
I signed up with them to have service at our new house, starting in early April. All was looking good until they billed me for the previous month, before I was a customer with them. Had a phone call where I remained unconvinced they would do any better in the future and cancelled within the 14 day window - will look elsewhere for service. To the reply below from Rebel; what this ignores is that you sent me a bill clearly stating that the period you were billing for was a month before I was a customer, what is stop you from billing me again for the unspecified period in the future. This I'm afraid makes your operation look unprofessional and untrustworthy. Paying up front is entirely reasonable, the issue is when you issue invoices for periods where there was no service at our new house. Bottom line is that I'd recommend to anyone reading this to proceed with caution.
