Poorest shipping times ever

Poorest shipping times ever. I put an order 1 month in advance for a Mother’s Day gift. 3 weeks later and it’s still processing in warehouse. Package won’t be here in time. Will NEVER purchase from them again. They always take so long to ship. Poor customer service. No one seems to know what’s going on. Just mail the damn package. I purchased a diffuser bundle. Everything was already supposed to be prepackaged and ready to ship. Not sure how it’s taking this long. Be aware. You need to order 2 months in advance. Feels like it’s shipping from China with this pathetic ship time.
