Ryde Eats order was missing an item and resolution was slow
Ordered from a Thai place in Chicago — pad see ew, spring rolls, and mango sticky rice. The sticky rice never showed up. I reported it in the app and the AI assistant acknowledged the issue quickly, but the actual refund took almost 48 hours to land back in my Ryde Wallet. Missing items happen, but the resolution time needs to be faster. Everything else about the app I genuinely like.
