Terrible/No Customer Service - Ignored
Terrible/no customer service. Bought a tee-shirt that is a medium, but too small. Want to return it for a large or ideally a credit note/refund and have been totally ignored, despite several emails. Delivery ticket says returns fine for 30 days, but no way to return it!
