DO NOT USE CIMB FOR FOREIGN TRANSFERS!!!!!
10 days ago I made a Speedsend foreign transfer. 4 days after, my family's mortgage payment was due and I had to borrow money from my bank in Spain to pay it, I just asked for the money refunded to my account. I have communicated via every single channel they have. I am still waiting for an answer 😡 ..still 20% of my salary is "pending" on their website... (well other than the email saying "within 14 days someone will contact you") ..... So, I am logging a formal complaint with BNM via telelink. .... DO NOT USE CIMB FOR FOREIGN TRANSFERS!!!!!
