Update: 5 days and counting. Thanks, but not interested anymore, best solution is to change service provider 👍 Been waiting for support to answer my tickets for 3 days and counting. Not only they have a terrible customer service but also terrible servers and the way they handled their latest data leak was totally unacceptable.
