The order took approximately 7 days to be assessed so quite slow. I was disappointed in the condition the product arrived and the customer services. The cooling bag had leaked on my item damaging the packaging and not keeping it cool. When I contacted customer services by email I didn’t get a reply so raised a ticket through the online services. It took them 1 week to reply and they stated that there was no issue with my damaged product packaging and quality it arrived in. I won’t be using again. Update 01/06 - the reply to my message says this is resolved. The ‘resolved’ status is that they asked me to post the medication back to them at my own expense so they could send new medication out. I believe that as a sender, they have the responsibility to ensure that the goods arrived in a suitable condition, fit for purpose. Asking the customer to pay the bill for their poor quality is not good customer service. Further, it wasn’t the postage packaging which had been damaged as stated in the reply. It was the packaging of the medication that looked like it had been stuck in water for days. Not exactly the quality of product I feel confident to put in my body when it should be kept cool.
