I am a frequent traveller for work and have attained Platinum wiith IHG Group and Marriot. I have been doing quite abit of family travel lately so decided to give Accor a go with a fast track promotion I found on line. The level of service I have received from the ALL team has been horrendous needless to say I will not be staying at Accor hotels anymore.
